Concrete LiftingIs your concrete driveway or concrete paving starting to sink and causing a safety hazard? Is it difficult to use your garage due to the slab sinking? These problems are remedied by drilling into the slab at strategic spots and slowly injecting a cement aggregate beneath the slab. The slab can then be slowly moved into the position required. The maximum height we recommend is three inches, however we have repaired concrete which has slipped by as much as seven inches. Once the lift is completed we then seal the injections holes, unfortunately whilst we endeavour to match the colour this is not always possible. As we are pumping the aggregate under pressure, this means that it is not advisable to lift concrete in certain areas, pool sides for example.
